The hotel's location down a tiny alley adds to its charm, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-appointed with a Japanese-style elegance, offering a comfortable bed and a balcony with a lovely view. Additionally, the breakfast, though limited in fruit options, is included in the price and provides a good start to the day.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

We got a worse room the first night due to overbooking. There was no price reduction!

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail throughout. Despite not being in the city center, the location down a tiny alley added a sense of charm and tranquility to the experience. The staff were friendly and provided great service, and the rooms were comfortable with a balcony to relax on. The breakfast included was tasty, although I did notice a few flies hovering over their limited fruit selection.
Everything was great, nothing to improve.

The hotel has a beautiful courtyard and good-sized rooms. It is conveniently located near many tourist destinations and offers a free water bottle in the room. , the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful in providing information and arranging transportation.
The hot water supply in the bath tub was insufficient, and there were no early check-in options available, despite informing them in advance.

We loved this hotel for its location down a narrow alleyway that provided a peaceful and quiet environment away from the Main Street. The hotel facilities were excellent and very clean, including the pool and the breakfast area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Transportation was easily available from this location and major attractions were close enough to walk or take a short ride.
Nothing to fault.

This hotel is hidden away down a narrow alleyway, which is perfect as it's away from the craziness of everything but still close enough to the major attractions. the pool is super clean and well-maintained, and the staff is lovely and really helpful. the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and clean. They also have a balcony with a wonderful view of the ruins.
The breakfast is a set one-plate of breakfast, and it's singularly monotonously similar on all the days.
